This app runs my entire massage business. I'm a sole practitioner, I tried it as I went out on my own, free from ABMP if you're a member. It is very simple to use. I run credit cards with a tap on my phone. I can take cards for deposit. I did upgrade later for more features. I can send forms, and take notes. Best of all, my clients can schedule themselves, as I'm not able to take calls during my work day. The customer support is very responsive, I have always gotten a quick response and fix.

Customer support SUCKS. If you need assistance it will take days for someone to respond and there also is no number to call. If their support was good I would definitely say use this app the features are good but when you need to help your on your own. They definitely need to do better when it comes to supporting customers.

Absolutely reprehensible and despicable customer service. I requested a call back on a Friday early afternoon, and I had to request that call back two more times on a Tuesday to finally talk to a person. By this time, it was 6 days after first getting paid and them withholding cash that I was paid. People would send unhelpful responses 20-40 hours after messaging the only support line they have AND send bad automated responses. Features don't matter when met with horrible service.

This app is a joke. Getting started and getting help from a live person is nearly impossible. You can't do anything on the app without being verified. Then trying to get verified, but you have to wait days to get a call back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP. I have sent invoices and have ZERO ACCESS TO THE FUNDS. IVE BEEN SITTING ON THESE PAID INVOICES THAT I Can't TRANSFER OVER TO MY ACCOUNT. STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP.
