I realize this app was not built to track sleep, but I have found that it is *exactly* what I want for tracking my sleep. It's simple. It's not intrusive. It has good graphs to track changes over time, and a goal-setting feature. It doesn’t ask for a pile of permissions, and it exports to csv. I haven't tried the export yet, but I'm looking forward to it. And it has a widget so that I can start a timer for a particular activity from my home screen, which I didn't even know I wanted!

UPD#2: Going to find an alternate app. This app was good until the scroll date banner was changed. It's now near impossible to navigate. Finding another app. Sorry. UPD#1: Scrolling date banner on bottom of 2nd screen is clunky. Don't like it. ORIG: I really enjoy using this app. I wish I could import my own icons. And maybe I wish I could push a button and a backup is made to my own website. Give this app a try. I think you'll like it.

Cannot run from watch alone unless it's connecting to phone that turns the watch app useless and a waste disappointed
