A simple step counter with an efficient and reliable algorithm.
It's minimalist design and focus on it's core functionality follow the design principle of "Do one thing, and do it well".
To satisfy some of the more demanding users I added a few OPTIONAL features.
For example distance and calories can be turned on and off depending on your needs.
By displaying only the essential information in an elegant design, your notification bar stays clutter-free.
Special focus was given to keeping this pedometer lightweight and thus consume as little battery as possible. 🔋

● It might be the most power efficient pedometer on the store. Of course, it uses your phones build-in sensor and unlike many other step counters it just doesn't do anything else in the background.
● Track your activity of the last week, month or all time and get a graphical overview.
● Set a daily step goal.
● The app can approximate your walked distance and burned calories.
● If you want, it can count cookies too. 🍪
● Highly configurable notification and widgets.

I was tired of all the other step counter apps that wanted a monthly subscription. If I'm going to pay for anything it'll be an old step counter that doesn't need Internet in the first place. But this app is free, and does exactly what it says it does, so I'm super happy with it. The ui is also extremely simple, and I appreciate that.

Add placement is manipulatively placed, so it is too easy to follow the link when you want to tap out of the app. Quite annoying.

Fantastic if you want your phone's operating system to collapse so hard the only way to restore it is a factory-reset.

It didn't count my steps accurately. I took 20 steps, and it read as 67. Also, it didn't read steps when I held my phone in my hand. For reference, I have a Galaxy S21.
