My Revolut horror story. After working a 12-hour shift, I went to use my Revolut card and suddenly found my account restricted. No other bank card with me. No access to my money. I was stuck — no food, no fuel, and no way to pay for what I needed to get home. I sent everything they asked for — payslips, employment contracts, tax certificates and other documents — but I kept receiving automated answers instead of a clear explanation or proper help.

Tried to open an account as heard Revolut was good for people who travel - currency conversions & low fees etc. First time I tried to open my account it allowed me to set it up then just decided I had an account already - I have never opened an account with Revolut before. It then kept asking for ID which was a new passport with biometrics and a selfie but kept rejecting and logged me out. I emailed them for help, and they said I had to be logged in to 'chat' but the app wouldn't let me back in.

It blocks my own transfers from other banks and takes a lot of time to return the money or to check the data which they are requires for those transfers, they are let you know the reasons for blocking. Now my other banks account are blocked to make payments to revolut. Very bad "bank"
