Buggy app. They force you to access your account only with a selfie video which doesn't work. No capture button, so it just stays stuck in the camera view. And they've chosen to provide users with no other means of accessing their account. Neglecting all accessibility guidelines. Terrible user experience that I'd never have expected from Revolut.

The service itself is excellent, but actively working against the most secure OS for phones (Graphene OS) is insane. And then on top of that giving a nonsense explanation of it just makes it worse. Graphene has tried to work with you, what you're requesting is there. You just actively ignore it, and then lie about it. Madness. Don't reply to this using your AI-bot talking about security. We both know it's a lie

No Graphene OS support? Lost client. Their response is generic corporate message that they only support Android X to Y. Graphene OS is Android based. Whoever made this decision should be fired. Users beware you could be locked out of you account if you dare to customize your phone
