Description
Taxi.de ist eine App, mit der Du einfach auf Knopfdruck eine Fahrt buchen kannst. Dabei kannst Du das anfahrende Fahrzeug und die Bewertungen des Fahrers sehen. Bezahlt werden kann einfach bar oder – je nach Stadt – auch per Kreditkarte.

Ein Fahrzeug zu bestellen, ist kinderleicht. So funktioniert’s:
- Öffne die App und gib an, wo Du hinmöchtest. - Die App verwendet Deinen Standort, damit Dein Fahrer weiß, wo er dich abholen soll. - Du kannst auf der Karte den Weg Deines Fahrers zu dir live verfolgen und siehst alle Angaben zum Fahrzeug. - Bezahlt werden kann bar oder per Kreditkarte. Du kannst Deinen Fahrer nach der Fahrt bewerten und Feedback hinterlassen, um ihm und uns zu helfen, den Service noch besser zu gestalten. Außerdem schicken wir dir einen Beleg per E-Mail.
Die Taxi.de App arbeitet sowohl mit Taxizentralen, als auch Einzelwagenfahrern zusammen. Durch das Netzwerk der in den Zentralen eingesetzte Software, ist es technisch möglich Dir zum einen schneller ein Fahrzeug zur Verfügung zu stellen, als auch die Flächendeckung in nicht so stark besiedelten Gebieten zu gewährleisten.

It's been an extremely helpful app since the other alternative was to call (not good at German language) for a taxi in Bad Kreuznach. It is also very easy to use.

App size is too big, and it doesn't work, it asks you to register your phone before you can book a taxi, but the SMS with the verification code never comes through, I tried with different devices with different service providers.

Terrible app. Crashes a lot (when trying to confirm phone number, interface elements overlapping, yellow bar at bottom but nothing happens when tapping it?!). Tried to get a taxi from a location and was told it couldn't take the address because there is no Hausnummer. IDK just pick me up at my GPS coordinates, I don't know if there's a Hausnummer, you have my frigging location?! Gave up after probably 6 attempts and called a taxi on the phone which arrived quickly and unproblematically.

No use in booking apps in Stuttgart, it takes 3 min to search and says no taxis available. Even if you prebook taxi for next day, you will not get taxi, once asked local driver in Stuttgart he says taxi.de has only around 4 taxis as central taxi hub. So no use

Preordered a taxi 10 hours before. Starting point next to the city (Altstadt). Half an hour before pickup they notify that noone is available. Ergo Useless app. Gladly Rhein taxi picked me up 20 min later. Don't waste your nerves on this.
