I have rented from Sixt at least 8 times and have never had a problem. Occasionally they don't have the exact car I have booked but have always made it right by upgrading me at no additional cost. I don't see a reason to rent from anybody else

Worst company to rent they smashed and stole things from our van in Italy private parking we had their insurance for theft and one insurance from booking. They said they are going to cover it with police report from Italy police all good, and we didn't have to pay anything. After 5 months they charged 650 euros with due date in 7 days without saying why insurance not works, and they didn't respond to our emails. I won't choose them again 2 times I rented 2 times we had problems.

Stay away. Car was sent with no car seats, but we required car seats. Stranded in a foreign city and sixt was zero help! Oh, and to make it worse, the $500 for the ride was not refunded. Worst experience ever!

Cloning is identity theft duplicating accounts, bank fraud, credit card fraud, and duplicating debits is illegal also in the United States 🇺🇸

I added my booking. But my booking doesn't show up in the app. So I added it again and got a message saying I already added the booking. Still no booking in the app. I can't see the point of the app if I can't add a rental booking.
