STEER CLEAR OF THESE CROOKS: I was defrauded by Sixt after booking via this App - at pick-up they downgraded me from an SUV to a Compact, then charged me the same price - I contacted customer services, and they offered a 5% refund despite the car element of tjr rental being c. 10% more than it should have been and the insurance c. 20% more. You book via this App, the local Sixt team changes things at pick-up, then you get defrauded as Six twon't reimburse you.

SIXT is a dishonest company who will charge you for any damage they discover prior to your rental! Despicable! Horrible company First and last time I will ever look to SIXT for any rental needs

Had a reservation for the Sixt on Taylor Street in Fort Worth. The website clearly states if you're using a debit card have ONE of the following: a utility or cable bill, a lease with the same name as the driver license, or a credit card bill in the state. Had a lease agreement with my name and signature on it. I was told that I would also need a utility bill. I have an Internet bill in my name. Not good enough. Wouldn't take my credit statement either. Was told the rules changed. I'm livid.
