Since I upgraded to a new phone months ago, now Android 11, the "select file by name" option does not work anymore. Or is it because it's in SD card? Not sure exactly what's wrong. But one particular file in one particular folder had not been syncing since the upgrade. I just found out now. I've tried several settings/iterations, even manual sync, but simply won't work. It's like that file has since become invisible to Box Sync. It's not a hidden file. And it's a crucial file for me. WHY???
