Submitting a bug report: My package was delivered earlier in the day. When I tap on the tracking number on the app, I get a message that my session is expired, regardless of just having signed in within the last minute.

This app rating has nothing to do with their service. Their service is just as meh as FedEx. Leaves boxes in the snow, damage packages, throwing packages on the ground. Their both guilty.

Honestly, the app is ok, however the way the company and its warehouses are run I have lost all faith. They never follow through on delivery dates and most of Théotime my packages get lost in the distribution warehouse 3.5 from my house, so far the last one has been there 5 days with no updates, the last one was almost 2 weeks it sat there. I miss the days when places you ordered from let you pick the courier, at this point canada post (snail mail) is faster and more accurate on dates than UPS

This app sucks. It shows nothing coming to me when I have two different orders, it won't let me change anything unless I go to the website, and it wanted me to play a game to get a discount on the "premium service". UPS is lucky people need packages delivered, otherwise I imagine they'd be out of business by now.

Why are my packages delivered to the post office instead of my home which I paid for them to be delivered to my house. And im not informed about this until after my package sats delivered and I have to figure out where the hell it is ???????
