After the change of UI this year, the app finally became actually usable. Unfortunately, after the introduction of the position-based check-in, it works very slowly now. Sometimes the position can not be obtained, because the class is in the basement, so it takes even longer to load anything.

The trainers are good, the place is nicely designed but, there is no ventilation, no air conditioning, they don't open the windows. Very unpleasant on hot days, even impossible, pity... Both in Casa Ku'damm and in Casa on Zuarzstrasse Charlottenburg.

It has been so frustrating this last 2 months, they simply deleted the camera icon to scan the QR-code for the check-in, so now every time I have to scroll through endless venues until I find the one I'm in...

Urban sports is a fantastic idea but unfortunately the app is so buggy that it is almost unusable. Specifically the latest update has inspired me to write this review... each page takes up to 10 seconds to load, when you scroll down more classes don't load, when you go into the detail page of a class and then go back the entire list needs to reload, and when you want to check in the check-in page takes 10 seconds to load and after checking in it takes sometimes up to 30 seconds to confirm

Not only the app but also the service itself has consistently been getting worse. I've been using USC for 2 years now and the service was at its best when I started using it. The app stayed the same for the most part and could've just gotten small quality of life improvements instead of a fake overhaul that made it less convenient. Though it could be worse, so I won't give 1 star. Edit: I have to share my location now?! Well, now you deserve the one-star rating for sure...
