It got better. Had an issue when I checked in but the code wasn't displayed and couldn't enter the gym. Later found out that they had a problem but didn't tell their clients. Working your way through the app, especially when you want to see the code again can be a bit annoying.

We had constant issues with check in. Eventually cancelled the memberships. Got tired of keep asking staff at the gyms to let us in and keep showing that we checked in.

Abysmal service and company. If you check in to a gym that Well hub claims is open but is not, you can not cancel your check in and Well hub then locks you out from their service for the rest of the day.

Ever since 7card migrated to Well hub, the new app is absolute trash. The first gym displayed is always the wrong one. Worse, if you just tap show qr code, it immediately counts it as a used entry without actually scanning anything. Complete garbage!!!
