Please remove the slow animations, you see it twice every check in. Also, please show the barcode by default, it's an extra step and already fits on the screen that also has a full screen animation for some reason

Edit: the app has its bugs, it's not perfect, but the customer service is great. They helped me quickly to resolve my invoicing issue, and now I am back on to continue my gym sessions! 🏋️

It got better. Had an issue when I checked in but the code wasn't displayed and couldn't enter the gym. Later found out that they had a problem but didn't tell their clients. Working your way through the app, especially when you want to see the code again can be a bit annoying.

The definition of zero effort and zero thinking. The gyms are found based on location, which is dumb to begin with, but then you can check in from hundreds of meters away, no double-checking, nothing from the gym's end. To make things even dumber, you can check in OUTSIDE of working hours for any gym. You only get one checking per day, irrevocable, so yeah...absolutely idiotic. Like I said, zero effort, zero thought behind it. The 2-star feedback is proof of what this app is.

Update: Well hub, you gave a really dumb reply to this. I know what it means, did you read what I wrote? Your app is not allowing check-in but skipping to the step where the Daily Limit has been reached. Original: For the past 2 weeks the app has not been producing a bar code when scanning and been giving a message to say 'Daily Limit Reached'. Without the bar showing, the gym doesn't allow you in. So Well hub is getting paid for visits that members cannot even access
