Please remove the slow animations, you see it twice every check in. Also, please show the barcode by default, it's an extra step and already fits on the screen that also has a full screen animation for some reason

Migrated from 7card to this. So much worse experience, 7card app was so much better. I could not even get the QR code to check in in the gym, had to write myself on some paper. Horrible experience.

Predatory company. Will not issue refunds even if you're not able to use their services because their app is faulty, and they even claim it is not faulty and blame the gym. No phone customer service. Do not waste your time subscribing to this if you don't want any headaches. While there are success stories, there are horror stories, and maybe you should consider whether the possible headache is worth it to save a few bucks. I don't think so.

Unable to use app unless location and location accuracy are both switched on, even though I use the same gym location every time. This makes the check in process protracted, unintuitive and unnecessarily painful.

As every rebranding, this is also really low quality of work. first of all, as everyone, you open 7card app when you are in front of the gym. The app asked for update, but because of bad signal, it took a few minutes. After update, I opened it, and the message was to download the new well hub app. Already long minutes wasted. Then of course as its new app, password will not be autofilled. At the end I managed to log in. it is saying, say goodbye to qr codes .... then you have to scan a qr code...

The app needs complete change. You cannot properly see the gyms you cannot check in other cities in the map correctly often lagging and many more points. We need a better app this is constructive criticism
