Edit: the app has its bugs, it's not perfect, but the customer service is great. They helped me quickly to resolve my invoicing issue, and now I am back on to continue my gym sessions! 🏋️

Please remove the slow animations, you see it twice every check in. Also, please show the barcode by default, it's an extra step and already fits on the screen that also has a full screen animation for some reason

This is a huge downgrade from 7card app; the essential functionalities are completely missing (like manage subscription or paying the bills - you are forwarded to browser for this) and not to say, the checking is so poor - from 1 click in 7 card to a bunch of them into this "new" app! The automatic renewal didn't work, even if I had a valid payment method! Instead we have plenty of "unnecessary" functions, like "checking goals"

The app needs complete change. You cannot properly see the gyms you cannot check in other cities in the map correctly often lagging and many more points. We need a better app this is constructive criticism

Update: Well hub, you gave a really dumb reply to this. I know what it means, did you read what I wrote? Your app is not allowing check-in but skipping to the step where the Daily Limit has been reached. Original: For the past 2 weeks the app has not been producing a bar code when scanning and been giving a message to say 'Daily Limit Reached'. Without the bar showing, the gym doesn't allow you in. So Well hub is getting paid for visits that members cannot even access
