- Book your train tickets in France (TER, TGV INOUI, OUIGO Grande Vitesse and Train Classique, INTERCITÉS), to destinations in Europe (TGV Lyria, Eurostar (formerly Thalys), DB SNCF Voyageurs), in Germany (Deutsche Bahn) and in Switzerland (SBB CFF FFS)

Only works on laptop. I tried to load my tickets on my cell phone but the app just kept buffering. I could not use any link. I then tried my laptop and everything worked smoothly. I do live in Canada. Perhaps that was the reason. I almost gave up and used another app. If this is the case, you need some better coding.

The trains have been on tim and clean. The space for backpacks and luggage is very small, so pack light.

Installed this app in Jan 2026. Worked well. Purchased some more tickets using the web interface and found the app wasn't updating. Couldn't access my account using the app or search for trips. Would just process continuously for minutes without producing any results. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Big mistake. Can't even get past the notification screen, let alone use it. Definitely something broken. Please don't tell me to ring Customer Support. Provide another way for overseas users.

The app does not work anymore after the last update. Impossible to load tickets or even open my account page. I will just print my tickets on paper. The e of e ticket probably stands for error. Only works with vpn connected to France

This the effing worse! I couldn't access my tickets or my account in the app, because of endless buffering, so I uninstalled it, and now it endlessly buffers at the point of confirming my notifications choices. UNBELIEVABLY FRUSTRATING! Will I be able to get on the train I bought tickets for? I don't know.
