It keeps charging me and then refunding me for tickets - my bank has no problem nor do other national ticket companies, but I can't use it to buy tickets w a US or German credit card. No explanation given. Since 5(!) of the in-station ticket machines were broken and the app refused to give me a ticket even after taking money, I had to pay for a more expensive one from the conductor. What's the problem?

Ticket machines didn't work, app won't get past the stupid notifications' customization screen. I bought a ticket but have no idea how to access it. I hope they don't want to see it on this TER train.

Due to a lack of bus capacity and subsequent late taxi replacement provided by CFL, I missed my connection in Metz, suffered a 9-hour delay to Paris, and was downgraded to 2nd class. I and my who includes an infant were threatened to call the police if we did not get off the bus. The people at CFL are the most incompetent pompous egoistic workers ever and CFL is the worst organization in existence bearing zero shame or accountability

This app is bad bad bad, so filled with contempt for user. Basically this app isn't made for you, it's made for la SNCF. In 2026, you only have to type in your first name and second name and birthday to travel 30 km. In 2027 I guess they want your blood type and your mothers maiden name. I skip the details, but how come an app made for time information is stuck with a 12h clock, AM/PM? How hard does it need to be to change the app language? La SNCF have such an annoying way of logic.
