Due to a lack of bus capacity and subsequent late taxi replacement provided by CFL, I missed my connection in Metz, suffered a 9-hour delay to Paris, and was downgraded to 2nd class. I and my who includes an infant were threatened to call the police if we did not get off the bus. The people at CFL are the most incompetent pompous egoistic workers ever and CFL is the worst organization in existence bearing zero shame or accountability

Does not work from Australia unless I use a VPN to France. Bought tickets on desktop, created account, could see everything fine without a VPN on desktop. Nothing worked on app until I used VPn. SNCF developers, please check your code for geo-blocking or something!

Ticket machines didn't work, app won't get past the stupid notifications' customization screen. I bought a ticket but have no idea how to access it. I hope they don't want to see it on this TER train.
