I downloaded the latest update on July 10, 2026. This update renders app unusable. I entered a destination and it just spins. I cleared cache to no effect. I cleared data still no go. I uninstalled the app. After reinstalling the app I cannot get past accepting terms. It just spins. I await a new update that fixes the app for my Samsung S23. Too often the updates render an otherwise capable app unusable. PLEASE fix.

Not working on my Android phone. Can't load or search my purchased tickets, the loading screen lasts forever and doesn't show. The same issues reported by others.

Ticket machines didn't work, app won't get past the stupid notifications' customization screen. I bought a ticket but have no idea how to access it. I hope they don't want to see it on this TER train.

Truly useless. Can't import an SNCF reference number for a train trip booked via the SNCF website, 1/2 the time it can't find a journey from A to B, I could go on...
