The car was great, clean. Driver was very friendly. Did not speak English, but we were able to communicate. Also unlike uber in Paris, multiple stops actually worked.

Downloaded this app specifically because it would allow me to schedule reservations ahead of time. Made a reservation for a pickup to go to the airport the next morning and got a call 3 minutes later saying that they had to cancel my reservation because they don't have enough drivers. I'm giving them 2 stars because at least they called, but if they don't have enough drivers for reservations (not to mention the people that need it right away) then the app is pretty much useless.

I booked my car one day in advance, and it will be at least 20 minutes late. They are sparently replacing snap car... No way! Also, no possibility to contact someone at the company to complain. Stay away from that company

Get Uber it's more reliable and transparent. Uber is also much better at managing their relationship with customers. Téléchargez Uber, plus de liability et de transparency, ANSI qu'une meilleure approche client.

I want to register and app shuts down when I press register. Restarted android phone. No change in outcome. Poor.
