Booked a taxi 2 days in advance. Was due to take the cab at 0620. Got up at 5 to find a message sent at 1.30 am cancelling due to 'temporary unavailability'. No replacement, no other alternatives, just dumped without service on a Sunday morning. Missed a whole day of connections and had to rush around like a maniac trying to find hugely expensive alternatives. Do not use this app or service under any circumstances. Completely untrustworthy and will let you down without notice or warning.

Booked a cab to take us to the airport at 5.55am. They immediately charged 1eu for validation, and 50eu for booking. A sms came in saying my card was charged. I received a call saying drivers were only available at 5am - I accepted even though it was inconvenient. Around 11pm (our flight was at 9am the next morning) I receive a call and sms saying our cab was cancelled. I tried to call multiple times but no one answered - leaving us stranded and at risk of missing our flight. Refund was refused

Had a booking to pick us up at Lyon airport days in advance with information about amount of luggage. The cab arrived and then proceeded to leave. I called the driver. He said he left because we had a child with ut, this was informed in the booking. I got a hold of the company they said they would send another car. This was at 23:10 at night. At 23:25 with no word from the company I called again no answer. My French colleagues called they also got no answer. No new car came. Avoid this company.

Impossible to delete credit card info It is unacceptable to not have any clear way to delete a registered credit card or to book a trip without permanently registering a credit card. How to be sure such info is even kept locally and not on an open internet accessible unpatched unencrypted unsecured database?
