I have the alarm and dash cam on the drone mobile. The only thing that I don't like is it takes time to look at the live feed on the dash cam, and it sometimes doesn't even load up. So if someone is breaking in your car it's better to go outside then to look at the cam. And one more thing there customer service sucks, they are very rude!!!

The best alarms, system I have put on my vehicle.... My vehicle still has the best alarm that I got put in by dragon master. This is still and always will be the best alarm system that I have. Put in my vehicle through the years

This app is the opposite of reliable. U want to unlock your door? "Device not responding" you want to lock it? Same thing. What about the remote start feature? Oh yeah, same thing. Let alone even refreshing it, still says the same thing. It's not well-made, and quite frankly, I wouldn't hesitate to return all of my stuff I got from drone.

I give the service a five star I've had this on my vehicle for quite some time, but now I got rid of the vehicle, and I've always done the three-year plan, so I called to cancel my service and see if they would prorate and refund me the rest I have one year and 5 months left on my plan only to find out I'm SOL ($hit out of luck) they do not reimburse or prorate, so they keep that extra money so buyer beware if for some reason you need to cancel your service, keep in mind their pocketing the rest

Do not buy Done mobile! It's garbage! I would say about 80% of the time when you try to use the app it says, "the device does not respond. Please check if the device is online".
