4 years ago I had a negative experience for performance. Now it is significantly more accurate, better speed and more information. It's quite impressive how much the app and hardware have improved. Now I can definitely recommend it for GPS Tracking and streaming dash cam footage.

I've had mine for a couple of years now. I started with the remote start and the alarm then got the front camera when some kids try to steal my car. It was the best decision I've made. It also calculates my milage for insurance purposes. If you are having doubts, don't, you need Drone Mobile to protect your vehicle.

This app is the opposite of reliable. U want to unlock your door? "Device not responding" you want to lock it? Same thing. What about the remote start feature? Oh yeah, same thing. Let alone even refreshing it, still says the same thing. It's not well-made, and quite frankly, I wouldn't hesitate to return all of my stuff I got from drone.

Seems to be useless these days. Something I'm paying for, and the app won't refresh for the latest status or won't start my car. UPDATE: 5.23.26: There is a software bug where the temperature reading inside the car is inaccurate. I reached out to customer service and there response was the installer installed it at a location where the temp might not be accurate. I've had the drone module since 2021 and the temp has always been accurate. it's a software problem on their end not hardware.

I give the service a five star I've had this on my vehicle for quite some time, but now I got rid of the vehicle, and I've always done the three-year plan, so I called to cancel my service and see if they would prorate and refund me the rest I have one year and 5 months left on my plan only to find out I'm SOL ($hit out of luck) they do not reimburse or prorate, so they keep that extra money so buyer beware if for some reason you need to cancel your service, keep in mind their pocketing the rest
