My bad experience I have sent my money from Friday 28 Nov at night. And still under progress until now. To be honest, we were on vacation of national day of uae, but it's also two days extra after vacation. I contacted customer service more and more. Last time she told me I escalated your problem, and 24 hours will be updated. So why more waiting update 2 days later, transfer not completed. So my advice is not to use this app,
