I bought a car and unfortunately this is the bank that I got stuck with. This app is pure garbage. Shows the loan account, but none of the payment options actually work. Can't pay with a check (photo deposit), can't pay from an external account (my real bank), and when I try to pay with debit card (for a $4.99 fee) it it sends to another site that "cannot locate account" even though it appears to be their site. I have to actually go into a branch to make a payment.
