They are GREAT! The staff is always so nice and helpful! I don't much like the overdraft fee being $15, but I try to avoid overdraft ing. Best bank ive had next to RCU yet! Thanks for being awesome CFCU!

Getting into the app is ridiculous I know my password but nope gotta make a new one oh and just great of course there's a limit on searching for my own god-damn account so lazy couldn't just update the old one!

Difficult to maneuver. Hard to register, takes to long, to many steps. Can't do banking in a hurry. Absolutely horrible app that I'm forced to use. I liked the old app better. Noticed all positive reviews posted are for the bank itself, not the app. Great bank, lousy app.

It pains me to have to do this because I love this credit union. You either need to fix your Cloudflare or get rid of it altogether. Can't log in with the app due to Cloudflare. Keeps giving me "An error has occurred. Reference code: 106010." This app worked great until it didn't.

Won't work. The old app I had my password and username saved to phone, but with the new app I have to type it again. I remember my password but not username, and when I click forgot username it says unauthorized network try again later. Don't know why they had to do a whole new app, old app was working just fine. And I Didn't even know there was a new app until I went to the app, and it said webpage unavailable.
