I love the app. I would give stats but when I do check deposits they don't make 200 available like they do inside the bank. That's it.

Customer service is the best. Banking at MECU is so easy to navigate using this app. I will recommend MECU to all my friends. There is no doubt about what you want or how to perform the tasks, it all here very, very simple. Very happy with all the safety features. Thank U.

For the past month and a half there have been issues that prevent me from accessing my own money. 1. Mecu automatically flagging Cash App as fraud every Friday for 3 weeks, preventing me from moving money from my Cash App account to my bank account. 2. Unable to access account information via the app for hours at a time. 3. Today's issue, which is best of all. Unable to unlock debit card via the app or online banking at all, preventing me from using my debit card altogether. I hate MECU!!

Mecu is a horrible bank. I've had the same charges for 10 plus years, and they randomly decided one of them is fraud. I've told them for YEARS it's not, made calls, went to the bank, but no luck. Every Saturday they shut my card off saying I have a fraudulent charge. No one will help and it's been years. I can't wait until I move all my money out of this bank!!
