I don't like that you make me change my password and I use my fingerprint to log in. I forgot my password because I haven't had to enter it. You should allow me to change it using my fingerprint.

For the past month and a half there have been issues that prevent me from accessing my own money. 1. Mecu automatically flagging Cash App as fraud every Friday for 3 weeks, preventing me from moving money from my Cash App account to my bank account. 2. Unable to access account information via the app for hours at a time. 3. Today's issue, which is best of all. Unable to unlock debit card via the app or online banking at all, preventing me from using my debit card altogether. I hate MECU!!

I can transfer money into your bank but not back to the same bank you received it from on the mobile app. I haven't tried from my house yet, but I'll bet you screwed that up too ! Why does my transactions page say sent to "Unknown" account..? How do you send my money to Unknown ?? What is wrong with you !?!?! POST the recipient?? I have to tell you that ??? This is the WORST bank I ever dealt with, the app is HORRIBLE. I had to request a new card because it wasn't sent automatically. IDIOTS
