While it was useful, it is missing a feature to download/preload things like maps. In the crowd, the internet gets slow, so trying to view where everything was - took a while to load.

Favourites have been added (click the Star on the event page), you have to create a free account. Then there's a My Comic Con section in the left pane!

It's basic, a nice start. But like others have said, the most important thing about a schedule is being able to mark what you want to attend, maybe filter on just that and get rid of the noise of the rest. Add the ability to add notifications for those favorites so that you don't miss things. Map isn't bad, I've seen worse, It's easy to zoom in and legible.

Can't mark events as favorites. This was such a useful feature when there are so many events to keep track of. When scrolling through the schedule, it occasionally pauses to load ads. No notifications. One event was cancelled, but we didn't get notified. I switched to using the paper version of the schedule like a caveman.

Awful experience creating an account. There's no drop down menu when selecting your birthday, so you're forced to go back month by month until you reach the correct year. Password registers as being acceptable, but then isn't, and you're forced to go through the process all over again.
