Exceptional! Love that squire caters to barbers specifically.

It does everything that Books does and better. I love the way it can be used directly on my Barber page or direct clients to the page but still make the appointment on the app! It's easy to use the app as well. Awesome design too!

I like the appt and check in system. Wished the appt notes would be visible on the app so the barbers can pull history on clients fast.

Squire works hard for their clients. They are professional, HANDS ON, KIND and Efficient!!! Definitely a great Investment!

It works sometimes. Works fine on Apple phones. Glitches constantly on Android. I have monthly issues. Their customer service is attentive, but it is aggravating because the same issues keep arising and never get permanently resolved. This has been ongoing for over a year since I first started using Squire. No complaints other than that.

Android version is vastly different from the iOS version. I use a separate browser to use functions native to the iOS that aren't implemented into the Android app such as billing clients cards used to book their service. Android version does not allow notations to client profiles or access to client account details. I use the browser version predominantly, so for that I leave 2 stars. Looking forward to the same functionality in the Android version as the iOS version (if it ever happens.)

If you like to get paid I advise not to use this program. There is always problems with my money being deposited. Customer support is no help. Just the run around. And they force clients to prepay to charge. No one likes a middle man. These people coming between us and our clients. Get books waaaay better
