I use this app to make appointments for a haircut at my barbershop. You are able to pay at the time of booking (including tip!), and I love the feature that it tracks how often you get your haircuts. If you're like me, I will forget, at times, to book my next appointment. When I do, the app notifies me about 3 or 4 days before my hair should be cut, so I should make an appointment. Very convenient!

My card is always charged before the service I get which is wrong! And there is no way to change it. What happens when they don't do the service and my card is still charged? Deleted my account because of it.

Don't trust this app. Not only do they not process the payments themselves (they use Stripe as their payment processor) but if you ever need a refund they will give you the run around for months, then tell you they'll go ahead & give you a refund and to wait 7-10 days, then turn around on day 11 & say they're not going to and send you back to the merchant (after knowing the merchant no longer has access to the account, which is why I sought their help originally). Pay cash or Belle, avoid this!

You get 4 (maybe 5?) results for any search. Might seem that way b/c the search options are so limited. Choose "nearby" for the 4 nearest barbers. &... that's it! The "Search" button grants you the awesome power to look up barbers by their address. You can use it to find barbers in nearby zip codes, but just 4 results/each. & if those 5 numbers appear in a faraway barber's street address, then 3. Or less. All very expensive barbers, o/c 😒

Rip off. They charge a fee to book an appointment, and I'm sure they also charge the barber shops. They also spam me with coupons that don't work.
