Fix it! All the functions are underneath the navigation bar for Samsung. I cannot access acting within the app. The second the first time this complaint was made, the developers should have focused on this. Your app cannot be used! My phone is currently forwarded, and I cannot undo it. Get it together!

The app for call history hasn't worked since July 10, 2024. I tried calling customer service and was on hold for 10 minutes. So I hung up. I sent an email describing the issue. We will see how it takes before I get a response. My landline phone has an answering machine attached, but the calls never get to it. I have called Community Phone's previously about the problem and was told my machine is too old. It worked fine before I moved to Community Phone. I am getting extremely frustrated.

Poor service There was always a problem Any solution they came up with failed after a few days if it worked at all I finally woke up and changed back to ATT No problems So the issues were on Communities' end, not mine.
