Donate version. Works well. Simple. Accurate. Has a target pointer. The floating compass window is brilliant. Long press the address to show your location on a map. Reads off by about 5° both for true and magnetic north (my phone sensor is off about 3°). So it is off a bit, but usable for rough bearings. Lately it suffers from some jitter.

Inaccurate both magnetic and GPS. Off by 30 degrees!

Why does the new update suddenly have all these untouchable permission about internet access etc. ? This is a magnetic field sensor based compass app ! It doesn't need internet to work. The fact that this app didn't have this kind of suspicious bs, is the very reason I chose it over the competition. I will not update for as long as these unjustifiable untouchable permissions wait in the next update, and I recommend everyone to be as careful as I am. Always check the permissions before updating.

Off by 12° even considering declination. North changes between starts even once calibrated, or calibrated each time. North doesn't match other compass apps on same phone, side by side. The 12° off is also compared to handheld magnetic compasses.
