Computer delay and poor customer service I was excited about this app because I work on my computer and do a lot of communication through text. However, every time I logged into the PC program, my computer would ring from a call I took an hour ago. I sent multiple messages, but slow response and no resolution other than "did I refresh?" The final straw was when I sent a mass text, no one received it. This led me to uninstall. Love the concept though but not this particular app.

It does not Sonic the text very well I'll always have to reload the page to read the text was sent to my phone or reload when I have to send a text out it's a good app I think it is it just needs a little bit of work on the issues that it has

I'm fairly confused. maybe I'm doing something wrong, but It won't let me download it to my laptop even though it says I'm compatible.... its only letting me download it to my phone via my laptop. help.
