Overall, the app is nice and very useful for managing shared expenses. However, there should be an option to split bills by percentage. This would make it much easier to divide expenses when each person has a different share. I hope this feature will be added in a future update.

Genuinely one of the best apps for splitting money. Split wise is a lot more rich in features and more advanced, but tricount is very damn close while being completely free (so far). Beautifully developed app, no issues at all!

I just used this for a trip with a friend. You record all expenses who paid and categorize. At trips end it gives you an overview and who owes who how much. Very cool!

The app is working well, but it'd be nice if we had the option under insights to list down what purchases were done under each section. For example, under groceries, list down all the purchases with label groceries.

Nightmarish instability. The app is better than Split wise, when it works. Which it suddenly can stop doing. Refreshing not working, expenses not being uploaded, sudden removal of all expenses, ... if you can think of a bug for a simple expenses sharing app, this one has it. Can't believe I'm being pushed back to a shared Google sheet. One of the more prominent examples of modern-day enshittification.

Tricounts mysteriously appear and disappear, it doesn't break down expenses based on the tricount only per month.
