With a welcoming cashback promise with AH I thought I'd see if Bunq was a good alternative for my current bank. It's not. They use the cashback to get you to open an account, but when it's time to pay out, Support goes "Sorry, no, you followed all the steps but don't qualify because something went wrong". I was warned, and I should have listened. Staying with my current bank and deleting Bunq permanently.

Is not recommended to use bunq. I was thinking it was free. However, it starts gave me some paid account for 1 month then I need to pay without clear information for the upcoming months. It switched to paid account with limited clarification from my side
