Is not recommended to use bunq. I was thinking it was free. However, it starts gave me some paid account for 1 month then I need to pay without clear information for the upcoming months. It switched to paid account with limited clarification from my side

Awful app, I was hoping it would be useful as someone who is in the Netherlands often but their support is worse than bad, you talk with an AI chatbot and never get to speak to actual workers who simply do what they want without contacting you or warning you of anything. Bunq scammed me of a summ of money by closing my account and cancelling my pending payments into Tikki, which doesn't do refunds, it's impossible to reach out to bunq about this situation. Awful bank
