App appears straight foward and user friendly but in reality it is complicated and extremely slow, I regularly face connection issues or my transactions simply fail due to erros. The user experience is very bad due to consent lengthy loading times.

Although the app asks for the ID number, it doesn't open the keyboard, so the app is useless.

The actual functionality of the app works so happy with that. What left a bitter taste is getting a new phone, so start the app I say already have an account, put in my ID number and take selfie, and then it lands on "let's get started" click on sole proprietor and then bam... error! It says already have an account, well duh I would like to access it. That's not seamless, it's 2026 I do not want to go to a branch or call the center to access an app my guy.
