Why do I have to pay for sms, pay for a declining transaction, pay for withdrawals, ...? Basically paying for everything. Why ??? For people using Asylum seeker it's very hard to enjoy the app due to the 50% limitations, it's like they are clients from the 3rd world. Let all the people enjoy your services or say no to that category of people using Asylum seeker.

I've had the worst experience using the business suite, one time my card declined in front on que line going shopping because apparently it was fraud suspection, it was very bad, but on personal banking it was less strict though it would decline on purchase over 2.5k regardless my limit was above, other than that it's a good banking product to use overall.
