So after being a member of 3 Rivers 4 yrs+ sadly my checking acct was recently hacked and there were 2, withdrawals totaling $1986.11, and charged to an AIRBNB, located in San Francisco CA received a text from 3 Rivers the day of charge asking if I approved NO I reply, so they cancel the credit card, yet the transactions was still allowed to process ? So wasn't the purpose of the 3 Rivers fraudulent text to me to verify I disputed the transactions thanks 3 Rivers for your secure trust

They have now made this app useless. Your password is way too long and requires everything under the sun to the point you can't remember it.

Changing my review from 5 stars to 1, because my debit card has been useless ever since they discontinued the app that allowed fraud protection and other useful controls. A replacement has been promised for 3 or 4 months now (since October 2024) with zero results. I've since opened an account with a different financial institution and have been using their debit card and moving my money to the other. Ridiculous!
