Changing my review from 5 stars to 1, because my debit card has been useless ever since they discontinued the app that allowed fraud protection and other useful controls. A replacement has been promised for 3 or 4 months now (since October 2024) with zero results. I've since opened an account with a different financial institution and have been using their debit card and moving my money to the other. Ridiculous!

This app has really gone downhill to the point where you have to wait 30 plus minutes to get into your account, it has really made me think about switching banks

The mobile deposit function never works on the first try. More than once, over the last year or so and through many versions of this app, I have had to try for multiple days before it will finally and inexplicably accept a deposit. Never says why it fails... just - "an unexpected error occurred". There is a "resolve issue" button that just leads back to the app main page... it's a subpar/generic app for an average/generic FCU. Leaves a lot of room for member service improvements.
