I regret opening account with Equity and I feel like Closing the account and stop receiving my monthly salary from equity bank.... imagine I did a withdrawal using my mobile banking *247# the money never reached my account, and they keep telling me we are bouncing back your money to your account, it's so far a week now... am I trying to call they keep telling me wait, Now am not calling I need to visit a branch and do what is necessary.
