This app has disappointed me for months now. Tried reaching out to the bank there was nor response. Today I get a text that the app is about to be inactive to me it's been inactive for months. Wouldn't recommend at all.

This app has been become useless and unreliable it keeps saying you are offline e even when I'm not, now I can't access my funds I have reset the password 2 times, and it won't just let me in because its also saying unable to process my information

Useless app. I have tried in my tablet, uninstalled it, then tried it in my phone, same issue. Those small boxes to input the PIN they are not responding, until the OTP expires.
