I like the app. I have however noticed quite a lag in updating balances. I for instance can't send actual balance even if it is showing when I query account balance for as long as it hasn't updated on the account itself immediately on opening. In such a case I end up using ussd *247# which will work since balance is there. The app in such times replies with 'insufficient balance'. Equity, I hope you get my point.

Whoever is managing this account, you must take people's issues seriously, some of us transact more online for different reasons. Do your job better, stop responding to reviews with your crammed message (take screenshots, send to info...) do you even use the app, the app has screenshots disabled but of course you are not aware. Reach out to the tech or devs and have people's issues sorted. The recent update has messed the borrowing component. We can't borrow or pay and other login issues
