I love this app, but the problem is that they are showing me the loan limit, yet I can't borrow, it is better to remove that loan limit if you know someone cannot borrow

I have been using it for a long time it was all okay, but now I am having issues I can't make transactions to mobile money it says "we couldn't verify the recipient's name" I also tired calling customer service, but I got no solution I was told by the customer service to restart my phone and try but that didn't help now am left without a solution

Good app but I am not able to send money directly from by account to someone else.it keeps telling me to verify by support and visit the nearest branch to unlock this. Also, can't pay bills using a paybill number because when I put in the paybill number, it says it is not recognized. Please help!
