The application works fine, but since the last update, it's impossible to send money in USD to another EQUITYBCDC account. The only available currency is CDF. Please double-check.

Overall the app is a good one; however, there is one inconvenience that I face. Whenever I save a foreign bank account and try to transfer money to that account from my Equity account, it says that there is no physical address, but I did put a physical address. Consequently, whenever I want to transfer to said account, I do transfer to someone new every time.

This app has become. Don't get me started on the Web version. I was locked out of my account due to à stupide bug, and now I fear needing to through hell to get online support.

Yoy have added debugs no ATM withdrawal and when doing a transfer to another bank account within equity USD is not selectable hence transfer can't be processed.

The app is just designated for DRC, this limit many transactions, normally, It'll be good to have all countries where Equity Bank exists in this app to help us a quick transfer and get money.

I am currently experiencing an issue where the application is not recognizing my credentials. I have been in contact with Equity's personnel regarding this matter for several months, but I have yet to regain access to the application.
