I've been switched to Lloyd's from Halifax. The switchover was easy and the app runs just like its predecessor and gets the job done. I applied to Lloyds for an account in the past and never heard back from them, and here I am a Lloyds customer now; funny that.

I had to switch to this app because the Halifax one is being phased out. It won't let me log in and continually states there are technical problems and to try later. I never had any problems with the Halifax app but this one is a complete joke. I now plan to change banks.

Had to download this app as Halifax combining with Lloyds. Not happy as my interest free overdraft now has interest to use it. Also, the cashback extras never load/work so can't use them. The "challenges" don't work either, you'll do what it asks, and it won't enter you in the draw. Disappointed, Halifax app was much better.

I set up a basic savings account after I take to someone on the online messaging thing on the app someone called Jimmy I asked if it would be ok to make a savings account, so I could save to get married, so I put £500 into it then and hour later I get a message saying we've closed your savings account FOR NO DAMN REASON at 18:20, so I try to ring them, and they closed at half bloody 5, so now I have to wait another day to try and get my £500 back off them what a joke I'm closing my account
