I get great service from Lloyds, and they've never let me down in more than 30 years+. Over the years I have used several of the plans which Lloyds operate, and I still do. I wouldn't change Lloyds, thank you very much!! 👍

Worked well for a while until I got a banner telling me it had technical issues every time I tried to log in. I have phoned Lloyds 4 times but after long waits get cut off when they tell me to reinstall the app. Very frustrating.

I set up an automatic clearance of any debt for each month. This seems to have disappeared. Why has it changed? I'm old and forgetful, so I need it to be paid automatically. Why has the review got to be public? This is my private situation.

Constantly logs you off I've used a number of banking apps (Natwest, Barclays, HSBC) this one is by far most erratic. Why am I being constantly logged off? It looks even after a few seconds of inactivity? Yesterday while trying to add additional cardholder, if I don't click exactly on the postcode search box, I got instant log off, several times. Today while trying to add card to the Google wallet - the wallet redirects to this app to authorization. As soon as I authorize again instant log off

Sick of App upgrades clogging up my phone with rubbish. It's not necessary...yet another upgrade just to see my account info.then phone this number and re, registration all my time wasted, and I'm paying for the calls. Had a gutt full of it... It sucks
