Good app and improving all the time, except now VERY SLOW. But slight issue with 1. Balance shown, as it is not real time updated with external transactions, only as of when you log in, 2. Should allow Payee INTERNAL name as well as actual external NAME, really useful for multiple accts in same name, now we have COP.

Hi. Not sure what's going on with this app. When I start the app it now asks about turning on notifications, you have no choice it seems. When you try to switch on notifications it says they are having technical difficulties, and you can't use the app. I have switched from the good Halifax app, no problems eith it to this. Now I have no way of banking. I can't go back to the Halifax app. I am now stuck. It says I have not enabled notifications, but I have please can you sort the app. Thank you

Not been able to log in for a couple of months now. Just keep getting an error saying we seem to be having some technical issues try again later. I've tried deleting and redownloading the app and nothing works. Login credentials are fine because I can log into online banking. The app had great features for the mortgage but cannot use anymore.

Might have changed from Halifax to Lloyds but still the same issues. After logging in get a message saying they have a few technical issues and to try again later. Exactly the same error many of us have reported for months with the Halifax app. If NatWest, Zola, Barclays etc. can have great apps, why can't Lloyds?
