Great app easy to use and very helpful and very secure. Whatever you do please don't change it because I am enjoying it very happy using it I never had any problems and thank you, Halifax my favorite Bank. I was with you when you Building society. And now great Bank 28 years, and I am still counting.

The app does not work anymore. For several months when I go to log in an error comes up that we are having technical issues and cannot connect please log out and try again. I've cleared cache, uninstall and even done a full factory reset on my phone but still does not work. I've spoken to IT who said try what I've already tried. I can log in via a browser, so it's an app issue xoxo UPDATE xxxx it has now been ages since my original post, and it is still not working very poor show

It used to work fine, but now they forced an update, and it isn't 'compatable with my device' anymore. I've been wanting to leave Halifax for a while now, might finally be time to switch banks
