App was brilliant until November 2025. Cannot use it on my Pixel7 (Android OS) any longer. Keep getting this message "You can't log in using this device. This device doesn't appear to meet our minimum security requirements." Many calls to the Support department, followed all instructions but still getting the same message. It's really sad to see this happening. Halifax seems to not have a fix for this problem.

App hasn't worked for months. Technical problems logging in. When it does let you log in, can't access accounts. ITS's BEEN LIKE THIS FOR MONTHS!!!!!!! WORST BANKING APP I HAVE EVER USED! UPDATE 10/08/2026: despite a reply, the app is still not functional. This is unacceptable for a banking app.

I found out the Halifax app is not compatible with my phone anymore and neither is the Lloyds app which you are changing to what do I do now I am not buying a new phone

As others have said, the app has been working fine for years but after a recent update I am now unable to login most of the time with error "Sorry, we're having a few technical issues. Logging in again may fix the issue, but if this doesn't help, please try again later". It also prompts for the same memorable information characters over and over again. Tried calling online help, but I am not waiting 45 minutes. Clearly a major issue with their app. For a bank this is unacceptable.
