This way I'm not happy my money been disappear from my account and the most criticall is the bank doesn't want take responsibility so the Mr. Sebastiao Diego he's salary is €4000 monthly, so I don't believe he's take £500 from my account that's is irresponsibility from the bank also the £150 £170. I'm very sure they not receiving this Amount real.

It's a nice, snappy app that lets me do what I need to do with my bank account. I can check my balance, card details and where my money is coming from and going. The only thing I don't like is that this app will be closing soon and pushing everyone to Lloyds for all banking.

Better than the lloyds app that everyone is getting forced to use. Better to look for a new bank than remain with this penny-pinching bunch. Closed 1 of 2 local halifax branches and all Lloyds. Their own information can't agree if the only remaining branch is closing or not (probably because their systems are infected with AI and not real people).

Shocking leaving after 46 years 1 the credit card never works when abroad. 2 they changed to the loyds app right in the middle of making a multi thousand pounds transaction 3 when I had an electric car and paid by card, the payment was blocked because it required a pin code. Guess what none of the charge stations have pin pads. Not knowing the issue you try again, then it blocks the card. So you're stranded not know with no fuel a blocked card and no way of paying to get home. WELL DONE MORRONS
