(Oct 2024) I find this very easy to use. (Oct 2025) it looked like the latest update removed smart rewards, but a couple of hours later it was back; a useful extra. (Aug 2026) great that one can now sort the smart rewards. As for my statement, I find it very easy to review and understand.

Going round in circles when trying to add card to Google wallet

USELESS APP & USELESS COMPANY! App keeps saying it can't load chat, so I go to call, and it won't give a number of just goes back to the chat that won't work! My payment date is ALWAYS CHANGING EVEN THOUGH It's SUPPOSED TO BE ON THE 28th of each month. You're the only credit card company I know what does such a shady trick, all my others change it to the following Monday if it falls on a weekend. I've had enough of this company, so I've opened 2 other credit card accounts with 2 of my banks.

Update: Had to delete, reinstall & log in again-rediculously inconvenient. Luckily I wasn't away so could do this but would be a nightmare on holiday... Since last update it won't process a payment to your credit card. You put amount in, proceed to next page, try to proceed to next page but an error occurs. On latest app release for both MBNA & my bank, phone up to date & nothing changed so an error with the MBNA app not connecting to other banking apps & I shouldn't have to contact MBNA.
