At MBNA, we’re boringly good at credit card stuff, which doesn’t make us ideal dinner party guests, but does make people want our credit cards in their wallets.
We do it all - balance transfer credit cards, money transfer credit cards, transfer and purchase credit cards and low rate credit cards.
And our secure app is the perfect way to manage your account, whether you’re on the go or relaxing on the sofa.
Speedy login stuff - Log in quickly and securely with your fingerprint or a 3-character combination from your memorable information.
Account management stuff - View your balance summary - Check recent transactions and pending transaction details - Download official statements - Make a debit card payment - Request a credit limit increase - Request a balance or money transfer - Activate your card.
Security stuff - Report your card lost or stolen - Order replacement cards - Reset your password - Update your contact details - Call us safely from the app – we’ll already know it’s you, so we can quickly connect you without the usual security checks.
Getting started It’s quick and easy - just register your device and you’re good to go. For this you’ll need: - An MBNA credit card - An up-to-date phone number registered with us - Your username and password (you can create these in the app if you’re new to MBNA).

Any emails from us will always greet you personally using your title, surname and the last four digits of your account number. Any text messages we send you will come from MBNA.

The app chat is not sending my message so getting no help. My June statement is not available and says No account activity. There definitely was. MBNA sent a text over a week ago with an update on my cashback yet still no access to the statement. Just let me contact without calling or using the chatbot that doesn't work!

!!!!!!!!! Please don't take this credit card because we have this card long time, but we have many problems about online app we now our password but said wrong password we try to reset but that time system send as something wrong and contact to mbna tim and when I contact with them, they said we have gone a call you back but never call as back and this always hepan before to near payment day and because of this problem we can't do it payment, and they charge as more interest, don't choose this
