All the people that have been having issues have a check on system setup>network>setup in the auto port status does it say port conflict? If it does shutdown the box type in your username password then when shutdown disconnect power, unplug Ethernet cables from box and router (in my case google Wi-Fi point) switch off router wait 5 minutes reboot router once connected to internet plug in Ethernet cable to router and device switch on DVR reboot log on and now run the App

I had same problems as many but once set onto a static ip address and then allow free movement through the router firewall on that ip address, I rarely have any issues.

Save your money & get a different cctv system. This app is not fit for purpose and the main reason I'm leaving ADT. Amazing that the negative reviews about the concept pro app go all the way back to 2018 and its 2023 with little to no improvement. My app has not worked for over 3 months!!! I will be investing in a RING camera instead, more reliable in accessing the app & checking cameras. The ADT cameras themselves are good quality, but the app is complete trash.

Dreadful app. It has been more than 2 weeks since either me or my partner were last able to view our home's security camera via the Android and iPhone apps. The camera is still live and displays when I plug a monitor in, but that is a huge inconvenience and clearly not a viable solution when we want to check on the property while away from home. We have had numerous issues in the past where we would go hours of being unable to connect to our cameras, but never an entire fortnight before!
