App continues to experience playback errors on multiple devices would be nice if we can get an update for this to fix it. UPDATE: We are now in February 2025 app continues to randomly give playback error 402, I may not purchase any more from this company. Update as of May 9th 2025 no matter which device is used it still randomly says playback error 402 shows online but says not online. Its 05/26/2026 and the app still has issues especially when trying to connect to camera system. Don't buy.

I get too many notifications. I had to unhook the one in my driveway because it kept sending notifications every 5 minutes or so because my truck is in the driveway. No way to turn off notifications for cameras just in the house while I'm home either.

I have paid enough money to get a good CCTV system. I can't deny that the quality is great, but when it comes to the app, it's a big let-down. Very slow and keeps crashing, needs a lot of refreshing while using a superfast fiber internet with minimum of 50mbps download. The cameras keep spinning, takes ages to open. A friend of mine has the same issue with his OSI app and CCTV system. Obviously OSI won't make any effort to improve the app although the earn enough

UPDATE: DVR now needs to be reset daily, in order to be able to monitor it via the app. It reconnects after being reset, but only lasts a few hours before it goes offline again. Terrible app. DVR works for a while but inevitably goes offline for no apparent reason and the only solution is to reset the DVR settings, then remove and re-add to the app.
