This is a great Security system, Dvr and App. It was difficult to go online, but after contacting support and resetting the Dvr it's working fine.

When it works it great. Locks up all the time, and you have to reset the DVR to fix. Send notification pics but won't let me do love view.

The volume only increases or decreases the phone volume, not media volume, which is ridiculous. One of many bugs in the software. Also, one has to clear the cache constantly or the camera won't open on the OSI app. Help via any means from OSI is none existent and DO NOT give out your email address and password when they ask....that's if they do answer help queries

App continues to experience playback errors on multiple devices would be nice if we can get an update for this to fix it. UPDATE: We are now in February 2025 app continues to randomly give playback error 402, I may not purchase any more from this company. Update as of May 9th 2025 no matter which device is used it still randomly says playback error 402 shows online but says not online. Its 05/26/2026 and the app still has issues especially when trying to connect to camera system. Don't buy.

Everytime you go to playback it works half the time. You have to close and reopen the app to get playback to function every time you change cameras.
