This is a great Security system, Dvr and App. It was difficult to go online, but after contacting support and resetting the Dvr it's working fine.

Always having issues with it; one user, error code keeps popping almost every other time I view the recording. Camera records everything except the actual action. It can't tell the difference between a person, a vehicle, or the animal. There are too many issues. Including delay in push notifications after it detects. Good luck trying to get tech support from OSI.

It's alright. (update) Dropped it down to a one star. Camera's last a year or two depending on what kind, even if they're rated to be outdoors. The app is getting updated now, but it was trash for 2 years. Out of my original nine cameras I only have five that work now since 2024. The app is still trashed you have to constantly exit it and reopen it trying to pull your cameras up on your phone. It's just as bad on a regular TV screen hooked up to your NVR. The playback is an absolute nightmare.

UPDATE: DVR now needs to be reset daily, in order to be able to monitor it via the app. It reconnects after being reset, but only lasts a few hours before it goes offline again. Terrible app. DVR works for a while but inevitably goes offline for no apparent reason and the only solution is to reset the DVR settings, then remove and re-add to the app.
