A problem filled app. No friendly support. Rude and yells at the consumer

Since the most recent update (April 2026) I am unable to use this app properly as building staff. I no longer have access to maintenance requests or many of the other features that were previously available through the app. It seems to think I am now a resident of the building, this issue is affecting anyone on my maintenance team using an android device. The iPhone app seems to be unchanged. If we use the desktop web portal everything works fine. It's definitely an issue with this app.

It has been 12 months since Concierge was made aware of this software's issues, and nothing has been fixed to date. I will list all the issues soon. But I am starting to be concerned about its data security, given the Company is not addressing anything.
