Why doesn't the app work sometimes? When the app works on my phone it's great. I'm watching the route tracker screen every ride, so I'm not waiting early at my Nibley home stop which the bus can be 10 min late at times. I also use the route page to plan which 2nd green/blue loop or other city routes can give the best connection for the destination I'm going to. I set favorites for main stops, so the app can tell me eta arrival times for the bus. Helps plan rides as efficient as possible.

Basically unusable, only loads about half the time, and when it does the route times are often very inconsistent. Will jump from "arriving in 5 minutes" to "arriving in 1 minute" and then you've missed it. Bus routes are incredibly inconsistent, and as a result this app is only useful about 15 minutes before the bus is supposed to come.

This app sucks. Doesn't load off Wi-Fi, so I miss my bus. It doesn't show more than one route at a time to see if I'll make my connection or transfer.

Go back on a consistent schedule or fix your app. It is infuriating to not be able to get anywhere on time because we can't see where the buses are.
