Spotty Service (Frequently Down), Restrictive Map (Seniors ride more areas), Unintuitive Ride Hailing (Ride is "booked" when destination is chosen). But it's a cool idea. Whittier, Santa Monica, Costa Mesa, Long Beach's is electric and free, but it's a start.
