They have updated the app, and it's much better now, hence my extra stars. I have to say that their development team responds right away when you have issues, and they are learning more and more stars with me. Start was 2/5, now 4/5 as they've really been fixing issues on demand :) And the latest version is now crashing constantly, which is a shame because it was getting better with every update. Currently, unusable.

Unable to use mobile app as of June 30. Phone says connect wise needs to close because there is a bug. Clearing cache but no luck. Web access ok but this app no longer works for me again. Limited functionality when it was working however basic functions still faster than using a pc. A must for mobile workers when app working

For a work app it gets the job done. I have used others, and this is my favorite work app. I had an issue with the app re recently and customer service was great. Zack Scribner did an awesome job helping with my issues, thanks.

I'm not sure if it's supposed to work, but it has never opened. I click the icon and immediately get Connect Wise Mobile stopped working. Shame

Fix your app, this is too long that we have to reinstall at least once a week because we loop on the login.

Completely unusable if you have SSO enabled because login just takes you to a browser login, and after you log in it just stays in the browser. App stays on login screen. FIX ASAP
