This app does work great, and I am able to remote on to clients computers if I need to troubleshoot a problem, and I only have my phone available to view their screen. You are able to connect a Bluetooth mouse and keyboard to your phone and use them like if you had a mini laptop. Only thing I wish they would add to this is to be able to select individual screens and make whichever one you want to see, and make it full screen without their navigation toolbar getting in the way.

Stupid people out there... This app is a professional remote control software for controlling clients pc's. It's not their fault; most of you are so dumb that you're downloading because scammers are using this amazing tool. Doh! .... IT'S A LEGITIMATE TOOL LOL.

Great app! Please fix credential storage and consider bringing back tailored options. (could also be improved with better communication- a heads-up would've been nice, especially with known issues like the android credential storage problem and during removal of features like tailorable landing pages, installers, etc.)

Mouse issues make this app totally unusable/worthless. The mouse snaps back to previous locations, the view sometimes snaps back with it, the mouse gets trapped in an invisible box it can't escape, ghost moves all over the screen (probably long delayed input), clicks do not register, basically the mouse is totally dead/worthless/unusable. I have no idea why they would leave the app in a dead state like this. They could at least roll it back to a working version.

Beware of scammers using this app to control your device or devices if anyone you don't know asks you to download this app doesn't do it as they will take your money from you as I heard from BBC Scam interceptors

This site is used for scams. The companies have you download this app, and they can see your whole. Desktop or phone. They say you have to go to a page on PayPal to cancel a scam charge on your account. The original email doesn't go to spam but to your email. They want you to put in info, so they can get into your PayPal account. Luckily I don't use PayPal or similar type accounts for this reason. They couldn't get in if I told them enough info because I have no account at PayPal.
