This app does work great, and I am able to remote on to clients computers if I need to troubleshoot a problem, and I only have my phone available to view their screen. You are able to connect a Bluetooth mouse and keyboard to your phone and use them like if you had a mini laptop. Only thing I wish they would add to this is to be able to select individual screens and make whichever one you want to see, and make it full screen without their navigation toolbar getting in the way.

Great app! Please fix credential storage and consider bringing back tailored options. (could also be improved with better communication- a heads-up would've been nice, especially with known issues like the android credential storage problem and during removal of features like tailorable landing pages, installers, etc.)

If your company uses Connect Wise SSO for Manage, the app opens a browser window to sign in. Screen Connect just opens an authentication screen inside the app. So if you have both apps on your phone and use SSO, you still have to sign in twice. Super annoying.

Beware of scammers using this app to control your device or devices if anyone you don't know asks you to download this app doesn't do it as they will take your money from you as I heard from BBC Scam interceptors
