Update--working now! With the new update, I can't log in as it states "Unauthorized Network Location. Try again later from a secure network." I'm trying to log in from home from our own secure, password protected network. I tried uninstalling and re-installing the app, but that didn't work.

I waited a while to rate the app. It is easy to use and set up payments. I did need to call to figure out how to change my reoccurring payments because the first time we set it up apparently it was paying late each month with a charge, and you can't see the payment breakdown from the app, so it took a long time for ne to notice the charge. If it updates to when you click on a payment you can see the breakdown (fee charge, principal, interest) like you can on the web it would be great.

After the merger, using the app has become much more difficult and inconvenient. I have been a member since January 1980. I used to be able to call and talk to someone and Have everything taken care of immediately. Now it takes forever

I don't use the app often, so I had to update the app. After doing so, I got a black screen with a lot of gibberish. I uninstalled then reinstalled the app, and it read it didn't recognize me or PW (that's very strange). So, I ended up deleting the app and using the website.
