Was great up until I had to get in contact w main branch about overdrawn account. Tried several times over email and phone to discuss, left messages making it clear there were direct deposits set up to arrive to pay back what was owed at a certain time (not immediately), and they decided to still close the account with 2 direct deposits set to happen March or sooner depending. No notification, email, phone call or letter of the account being closed either. Guess no one gets their money now.

Would love a way to report bugs with the app. As currently I am getting errors when depositing a check, and I cant read it due to the black text on black background. Thus is still a major issue

Nothing is in the same place. Difficult to maneuver through simple tasks. Worse in laptop 😔 I no longer have access to my checking account daily ledger. No access to see any transactions past the current adus posted or pending transactions. 😞 Terrible experience !!

Down to 1 star for me. A total mess for anyone with multiple accounts as login won't remember settings, doesn't work properly with popular password manager autofill sometimes forcing me to hand type (potential security issue) credentials and other times not. App has gone downhill IMHO and needs work. Disappointed user but also a frustrated user. At least fix the login issue please. Former 5-star review: Great app, very secure. Even disables entry under overlays.
