I've gone to two concerts with AXS (Bands were Ninja sm3x Party and the in October it will be Star bomb, same people behind NSP just with Arin Hansen) and AXS makes getting in really easy! I love AXS

The app is garbage, when I go to past events it's empty, when I try to create a passkey "an error occurred" every time! Made sure everything was good at the house, get to the event, and it wants me to log in, glad I used Google wallet. Just so many problems, at least ticket master shows past events. How does this app have 4.7 stars when every "real" review I see is 1 star, fake 5-star reviews

It's always so much effort to log in, I have to try several times and the pass code key is never remembered. This will be a pain when I get to the venue and need the ticket to get in... also, I'm so curious how much AXS paid to have the rating reach over 4 given they have almost no 5-star reviews. What a scam
