This is a great App for finding out what bands and artists are playing locally. However, getting tickets can be a nightmare and costly since this service has been bought in.

Poorly implemented web app (literally just the AXS website, reskinned and laggier) and basically every operation requires opening the AXS website in your default browser anyway. The bot detection is HORRIBLE and turns simple attempts to buy a single ticket into hours of swapping Wi-Fi networks, browsers, and waiting on cooldowns. (while I bet some actual scalper bots just walk right on through) I can't believe this pile of garbage is actually used by venues

Horrible, app won't work with Wi-Fi, has locked me out about half the time I have gotten tickets in the app. I am forced to use it for several events, and it's absolute trash. Login issues, ticket transfer issues, app crashing issues. The 4+ star rating must be bots. I guess it doesn't matter, you have no other option for some tickets, so they can continue to let this be absolute $#’t and you are forced to deal with it in order to go to a concert or hockey game. Welcome to 2026 enjoy hell
