Comments on AXS Tickets for Android

★★★★☆ Steve Miller · Sep 11, 2026

Easy and Quick to order tickets for the first time.

★★★★★ Emily Lodoen · Sep 23, 2026

When I had trouble purchasing a single ticket, I was frustrated and confused. I didn't get it. It was easy to Google a phone number for AXS customer service, and the call was answered quickly. CS was so helpful. I was able to still purchase a single seat in the row right behind my family members who had already gotten tickets! ❤️

★★★★★ Javier Haro · Sep 4, 2026

Axs app is easy to use. Very convenient

★☆☆☆☆ Jita Shah · Sep 22, 2026

Ok, I have tickets for this weekend which I can see online. I have installed and reinstalled the app several times but cannot log in using the same login. Where do I get help as cannot get it anywhere on their website

★☆☆☆☆ Reverend david smith · Sep 4, 2026

The app login, like the web login, is appalling and slow. The worst ticketing site I've ever used. Do better

★☆☆☆☆ isa granke · Sep 4, 2026

Gave 1 star because I was unable to leave 0. Purchased tickets through seat geek. Was informed by them that the tickets were in this company's app. They never appeared even though they had been released. Customer service was completely useless and 0 help. Seatgeek had to go through hoops just to find my tickets and go directly through the venue. don't partner with a third party if you're unable or more likely unwilling to work with them when an issue arises. Worst customer service
