Pointless. There was one person working in the studio. Not helpful at all. The app kept kicking me out every time I tried to verify my account, so I had to start my sign-up over again. I gave up after the second time it kicked me out because the woman there wouldn't help.

Failed verification every time I tried the video and voice recording, I can understand wanting a normal photo, maybe an ID card but why a video voice recording aswell all I want is to use a sunbed not access a bank vault
