The construction cost manager supports you in planning the necessary budget for house construction. How? You collect cost estimates of the tradesmen and enter them in the appropriate section of the App. Now you can take care of the financing, because you know the expenses of building a house.

The financing for your house construction is ready? The ground-breaking ceremony has already taken place? You will surely receive the first invoice soon and can mark the corresponding costs as paid in the App and also note how much the payment was.
Oh dear, have you had changes that have resulted in a higher invoice? With the statistics you can see if everything is still in the green area. If the red line exceeds the green bar, you must either make savings or arrange for additional financing.

Invoices and construction documentation directly in the App

You have received an invoice in relation to your house construction? Just take a picture with the App and you always have the bill handy. You want to document the construction progress? Simply take a photo of the new roof with the camera on the App and you can access it any time in the App. You don't have to search long in the overfilled gallery of your smartphone.

Oops, now the smartphone slipped out of my breast pocket and fell on the concrete from the first floor! Something can quickly happen when building a house. No problem if you purchased the premium version via in-App purchasing and synchronized the data with the cloud. Just buy a new smartphone and you will have immediate access to the latest version of the application that has been synchronized (must be done manually via the menu!)
