I'm in the same boat as everyone else. They want my receipt from 10 years ago. Good luck. Dishonest is too polite for these people. The calculator is great it's just the people or their policies that suck. And I have emailed them. Nothing yet. Update they have been doing quite well. Every time I get a different phone it has been downloading. Now another new phone and problems again downloading only 90% and that's it just spins after that I don't know???

Great app unfortunately I'm not paying a subscription for a calculator. I would purchase, but that isn't an option anymore. I already own two physical construction Master calculators & understand its value just not valuable enough to pay in perpetuity just to have it on my phone
