I paid $20 for this app a year ago. Today I can't use it unless I subscribe to a membership plan. Its extortion. It's not disclosed at the time of purchase. Don't buy this calculator. Buy a regular calculator that not connected to the internet

I paid for this app several years ago. I used this app a lot and loved it. They updated yesterday. Today I am in middle of real estate deal and app is requesting proof that I already paid for it. I sure wish I had my physical calculator with me. I don't have time for these "sign into your account and provide this number and that number and blah blah blah. Buyer beware. They can and will shut you off at probably the most inconvenient time.

I am a frequent user of this particular calculator, the Qualifier Plus IIIx #3415. Calculated Industries errant changed the button layout for the app version. They created the app layout created with a CLEAR button. In doing so, however, they removed the BACK button which is integral to all of our frequent calculations. Any entry that only requires a step Back now requires a Clear, which is extremely undesirable. If I see an update with the proper layout, I'll be happy to update this review.
