ConstructionVecta: Estimator

Every home & DIY calculator in one place - paint, wallpaper, tile, flooring, insulation, mulch, fence, grass, driveway, AC size - plus contractor-grade take-offs (slab, framing, drywall, roof), cost roll-ups, and built-in code checks (IRC stair rise/run, ADA ramp slope). Results update as you type or drag, and every number shows its source.

Every estimate comes with a trace: the formula, the code reference, and the pack it drew from.

Top reasons to install:
- Slab, stair, framing, and roll-up cost estimates with a full cost breakdown (direct, overhead, per-unit).
- Built-in code checks - IRC stair riser/run limits, ADA ramp slope - verified against the signed reference pack, not hardcoded guesses.
- Fully offline - works on the job site with no signal.

Privacy: no accounts, ads, trackers, or calculation telemetry. Project inputs stay on your device.
If you buy or restore, the app sends the Play Billing token and product id for verification,
acknowledgement, licensed-pack delivery, and refund/chargeback revocation.

If a material or unit cost isn't in the pack, the app says "not in pack" instead of guessing - honesty over false confidence.

Core estimates are free, always. Unlock the interactive instruments - the slab-footprint drag tool and the stair riser pass-band viewer - with a one-time ConstructionVecta Pro. Code & material reference packs are one-time, dated editions. No ads, no accounts.

Cost and code packs (by region, edition, and year) are one-time, dated editions.

Code checks are a reference aid against the signed pack, not a compliance determination - always verify against the currently adopted code and your local authority having jurisdiction (AHJ); not a substitute for a licensed engineer.

Available in 25 languages, including full right-to-left support for Arabic, Urdu, Farsi, and Hebrew, plus Chinese, Japanese, and Korean.

Every number has a trace. Every pack has a source. Every result knows its limits.

Production-readiness update: Android Back returns through app screens. Completed Play purchases now recover automatically if the billing callback is interrupted or reports already owned. Restore reconciles Pro and every pack independently; refunds revoke only the affected SKU and cached pack. Privacy, Support/refunds, and Terms are in Settings. No accounts, ads, tracking, or calculation telemetry. Reference aid only.
