Latest update is laggy and very clunky. All button presses in app very slow to respond, not laid out very well. Backing out of a current screen completely exits the app. Essentially useless.

The chat button is constantly in the way, and the app is not very user-friendly for those who don't bank here. My car loan is through consumers so to navigate to where I need to once a month is filled with 5 minutes of clicking around the app.

Beyond the worst bank ever had problems since I started banking with them, they love to take your money and double charge you and everything 100 percent do not recommend

Terrible, the app is designed to make banking difficult. Everything is designed in such a way as to complicate viewing ones accounts and obfuscate banking charges. In all honesty you should avoid this credit union, and it's app entirely.
